MADULU is an NGO registered in the Maldives in May 2006.

The aims of MADULU are:

- Increasing public awareness on human rights and democracy
- Promoting democracy and defending human rights
- Promoting free media
- Promoting civil rights and civil liberties
- Promoting social accountability
- To work on conflict resolution through peaceful methods and to promote tolerance
